If I could give a score of zero stars, I would. She is abusive and has yelled at me. She is unprofessional and can not communicate properly. She doesn’t have an email, it is 2019, who doesn’t have an email? So everything communicated was via text, whatsapp or phone call. She goes by a different name than what is on the tenancy agreement. She would often come round to the property without 24 hour notice. She made us pay for a bed bug treatment. The deposit was not in a protection scheme. She would frequently contact old tenants after they had left the property thinking they were currently in the property. She would never make sure things were fixed properly and would only give temporary solutions. For example, our shower/bath was leaking into downstairs electrics. Her solution was a little bit of silicone on the side of the bath and she told me she was going to wait until we moved out to put a proper shower guard up. Our toilet wouldn’t flush for 3 months so we had to use a bucket. Our kitchen appliances did not work properly. We frequently had to buy plug cleaner because the plumbing was so old, she was aware but never fixed anything properly.
